Started as editors. Became the department.
A fractional creative department means exactly what it says: the strategy, production and packaging of an in-house team, present in your business, without being on your payroll.

Two founders, and the difference between them is the method

Dogu Arkan
Creative Lead and Co-Founder
Strategy, creative direction and sound design: the details you do not see but your audience feels. A musician by background, composition and production included, which is why sound here is treated as half the picture rather than an afterthought.
Known for arguing that art and science are not two ends of a spectrum but one force pushing itself forward.
More about Dogu
Owns
Creative direction, sound and the standard on every cut that leaves the studio.
Known for
Arguing that art and science are not two ends of a spectrum but one force pushing itself forward. His own obsession is the point where an analytic reading has to turn into something an audience feels.
Tools
Adobe throughout, and a grade takes as many parallel Lumetri passes as it takes, which has run to ten. Ask a carpenter whether the table sits with the rest of your room, not which tool cut it.
How he replies
Anything you can act on today comes back in writing; strategy and reporting he would rather say out loud, on a call. When an idea will not reach the result he says so in as many words: here is a synthesis that would get there, do you want to carry on knowing this one moves us away from it?
Off the bench
Composing and producing his own music, and leaving detail in his own records for whoever listens closely enough to find it. A louder supporter of analogue art than a company owner has any business being.

Kubra Terlemez
Operations Lead and Co-Founder
Systems, schedules and standards, so nothing waits on someone remembering it. Copied on every thread, keeper of every SOP, and the answer to "who do I actually talk to?" (Her.)
Known for the stakeholder page at the back of every SOP: how each person on your side actually works, written down.
More about Kubra
Owns
Schedules, standards, edit direction and the SOP behind every partner, plus the last check before delivery.
Known for
The stakeholder page at the back of every SOP. It records how each person on a partner's side actually works: who answers slowly but wants to stay in the thread, who wants options and who wants a recommendation.
Tools
Notion for the workflow, Frame.io for review, Slack and WhatsApp for the day itself, and a tracking sheet for what has shipped. Edit rights on that sheet are the one thing that never leaves this side.
How she replies
Before you ask. The standing rule in every SOP is that the update goes out without being requested, and that work never stops while an answer is outstanding: the next edit starts instead.
Off the bench
A mystery novel on the go, The Da Vinci Code at the moment. Short trips to see friends, Kosovo most recently, and long evenings talking and watching things with people she has known for years.
The work nobody lists on a deliverables sheet
Multi-mic piano sessions phase-checked before a single fader moves. Colour matched across three camera angles so a lesson feels like one room. Text presets rebuilt until they behave at every sentence length. None of it appears on a deliverables list, and all of it is why the work holds up.

Culturally British, operationally global
The count is projects delivered per partner country: 39 in total, counted August 2026.
London is where the studio was founded and British English is what it writes in. The work has not stayed there, and the useful part is the handful of things you only learn by delivering into several markets at once. The work is mobile by design; the one fixed point is a permanent studio on the calm Aegean coast at Izmir, where our own content is shot.
A delivery spec is a document before it is a setting
Every destination publishes its own numbers, so the work is writing them down once per partnership so nobody re-decides them under deadline. Across several markets that document is the only thing standing between a shelf of destinations and a shelf of opinions.

Every market a partner publishes into brings its own conventions, and they belong in the house rules rather than in somebody's memory. The craft is the same in every language. The list of decisions is not.

When the studio and the partner are not awake at the same time, nothing can depend on catching somebody. Whatever matters is settled in writing before the day it is needed, which is the same discipline remote direction runs on.
Our work travels, and so do we, which is convenient for a studio that would have found reasons to travel anyway.
If this sounds like your kind of team, bring the channel. The audit is how both sides find out.
Start a free auditStart with a free audit
Tell us where your content is now. We will come back with what we would change and what result to expect.
A person reads the channel and writes the audit by hand: a considered read typically takes three working days. That is the usual shape, not a promised turnaround. We use these details only to reply to you: no lists, no lurking.
What you will get
A fit snapshot: where your channel stands, and whether we are a match.
Two to three opportunities: specific, prioritised, yours to keep.
A recommended next step, even if that step is not us.
The audit is free and commits you to nothing: nobody follows up with a call you did not ask for.
