Your project manager
The same person, from the first call onwards, responsible for the communication, the strategy and the operation.
The short version
Is this for you? For chasing five people for answers and explaining the project again on every call. Not at every level; a dedicated manager arrives with the Retainer and the Partner System, and a lighter engagement will not carry one.
What leaves your plate. One owner for all three, who coordinates your side as well as ours and decides inside their remit rather than escalating every question into a meeting.
What starts working. One person who ends up knowing your brand about as well as you do, holds both halves of the work, and is still the person answering next year, not a handover with the history lost in it.
The smallest way in. A free audit: three fields, and a written reading back, usually within about three working days. It commits you to nothing.
What to read next. The five levels to see where this fits, or the casework to see it done.
Where this stops being an account manager
It is always the same person
One expert who knows your brand from top to bottom and treats it as their own, for as long as the partnership lasts. The written half of that is built to be handed on, the naming, the folders, the preference document, the archive, and it stays yours whoever runs it. What a change of that person actually costs is the tacit half: the memory of why a choice was made, and the eye that catches a decision drifting to the wrong side before it becomes a habit. That is the continuity the work depends on, and the part a handover cannot simply copy across.
They coordinate your side too
Feedback arrives from your team and from our editors, and turning both into an actionable plan and distributing the tasks in both directions is the job. It is not confined to BUBI; the person who owns your channel here also tells you what you need to do next.
They decide, inside their remit
Within the standard we agreed, your project manager makes calls rather than escalating them. That is what makes it a department and not a supplier: you are not the bottleneck for decisions that are properly ours.
You will still meet the editors
The project manager is enough for the main decisions, but over years you get to know the people cutting your videos. Small on purpose, and not anonymous.
One person holds the brief, the standard and the schedule
What they hold
The brief, the standard, the schedule, the SOP, the relationship with your filming crew and anyone else in the chain, and the report at the end of the month. One thread, and our operations lead copied on all of it, so nothing depends on one inbox.
Why it is structured this way
Most of what goes wrong in this industry is a failure of communication before it is ever a failure of craft. A single accountable person who knows the brand is the only structural answer we have found to that.
The SOP that person holds is the other half of the answer, and it is not a rulebook applied to you. It is written from nothing for your brand and it keeps changing as the brand does; its job is to hold the settled decisions still so there is room and attention left to make the unsettled ones well. A standard that stopped moving would stop being a foundation and start being a cage.
The question "who do I actually talk to about this" should have one answer, and it should not change.
The same answer next year too, so the history never leaves the room inside somebody's notice period.
What changes for you
One person who knows your brand as well as you do, holds both sides of the work, and is still there next year.

Before strategy is discussed, we read the channel: what it publishes, what it promises and where the two part ways. The audit comes back in writing, so the first call starts from evidence rather than introductions.
Request your free audit.
Three fields, and a written reading back: a fit snapshot, two or three prioritised opportunities, and a recommended next step.
A person reads the channel and writes the audit by hand: a considered read typically takes three working days. That is the usual shape, not a promised turnaround. We use these details only to reply to you: no lists, no lurking.
What you will get
A fit snapshot: where your channel stands, and whether we are a match.
Two to three opportunities: specific, prioritised, yours to keep.
A recommended next step, even if that step is not us.
The audit is free and commits you to nothing: nobody follows up with a call you did not ask for.
The casework shows all of this done.
The case studies are the same work with the numbers, the sources and the dates attached.
