The Free Audit

Nobody has to ask for it, because we would rather look at the work first.

Built for
quotes given without looking, paying to hear the obvious, audits sold as teasers and committing before any evidence.

Where this stops being a sales call with a document attached

It ends in a recommendation, even when the recommendation is not us

Sometimes the honest answer is that the money should go on equipment, or on a different problem entirely, or on nobody at all for six months. We would rather say that than take a retainer we do not believe in.

We do not quote before we have looked

You do not have to ask twice. The audit is offered by default, and the form below is only the quickest way to hand us a link. Where the problem is already established we can start further along, but we do not price a channel nobody has read. That would mean pricing an assumption, and the partner would be the one paying for it being wrong.

The good scores are explained too

Main topics and sub-topics are scored out of ten. What is already working gets the same explanation as what is not, because a partner who knows why something worked can repeat it without us, and that is the point.

It costs nothing, and nothing is held back for later

The audit is a first look from the outside, complete on its own terms, and what it finds is yours whether or not anything follows.

Three fields, and a written reading back

What gets examined

The public data: the channel, the recent uploads, the packaging, the metadata, the near competitors and the topics they have saturated. Where you have granted access, the analytics behind it.

What comes back

A fit snapshot, the topic-by-topic scores with the reason each one landed where it did, two or three prioritised opportunities, and a recommended next step. Short on purpose: a fifty-page audit is a document nobody acts on.

We do not ask you to trust our estimate. We ask you to read what we found before there is any estimate to trust.

Policy, stated plainly.

What changes for you

You learn where the channel stands and what to do next, at no cost and with no obligation, and we learn whether we are the right people to do it.

Paste a link and we will read the channel. A person writes the audit by hand, so it is not instant: typically three working days.

Three fields, and a written reading back: a fit snapshot, two or three prioritised opportunities, and a recommended next step.

A bare domain, a full URL or a channel link.
Received. We reply in writing, usually within three working days.
That did not send. Try once more, or write to us instead.

A person reads the channel and writes the audit by hand: a considered read typically takes three working days. That is the usual shape, not a promised turnaround. We use these details only to reply to you: no lists, no lurking.

What you will get

A fit snapshot: where your channel stands, and whether we are a match.

Two to three opportunities: specific, prioritised, yours to keep.

A recommended next step, even if that step is not us.

The audit is free and commits you to nothing: nobody follows up with a call you did not ask for.

The casework shows all of this done.
