Social media management

A channel is social too, so the loop is the one already running here: look first, plan a form rather than a post, publish in each platform's own grammar, then read what came back.

Built for
posting into silence, feeds wearing three brands, no time to answer anybody and followers that never become customers.
The short version

Is this for you? For the feed posting into silence and wearing three brands at once. It runs the same loop the channel does, and it starts with a month of looking before a single post, so if you need something up tomorrow this is the wrong door.

What leaves your plate. Four weeks on the brand before the grid, the post replaced by a repeating form, each platform written in its own grammar rather than one caption walked around, and the comments read back into the next plan.

What starts working. A feed that behaves like a channel: a shape people recognise, a reason for every post to exist, and a monthly conversation about what the numbers meant, not a document proving that work happened.

The smallest way in. A free audit: three fields, and a written reading back, usually within about three working days. It commits you to nothing.

What to read next. The five levels to see where this fits, or the casework to see it done.

The loop we already run here, run on your feed

Four weeks of research before the first post

The first month goes on the brand and not on the grid. Its own words, its site, its comment history, the near competitors grouped by how closely they actually compete, and an audience sorted into ideal, neutral, low-fit and hostile, never into an age bracket. Only then does the shopfront get tidied and the first plan get written. Posting early is easy, and it is also how a year of content ends up arguing with itself.

The unit is a formula, and it repeats

A calendar tells you what goes out on Thursday. A formula tells you what Thursday is: same shape, same hour, a different subject each time, so an audience learns when to come back instead of finding you by accident. Individual posts are allowed to fail inside a formula that works. That permission is the whole point of having one, and it is the difference between a feed and a habit.

Every platform is written for separately

Nothing made for TikTok gets walked over to LinkedIn with a tidier caption. Each platform has its own register, its own tolerance for length and its own reason people are there, and content that ignores all three reads as borrowed, because it is. Same campaign, same message, different build. It costs more hours and it is the entire reason the numbers differ between one account and the next.

Comments feed the next plan

Replies are the cheap part. Reading them is where the value sits: a suggestion worth building becomes a scheduled post, a customer story worth telling becomes a piece of content, and a question asked three times becomes a topic. Community management that only answers is a helpdesk with a logo on it. The point of being in there daily is to leave with material.

What a month contains

A plan in two or four week cycles across the platforms in scope. Captions written to be read by a person and found by an algorithm, hashtags chosen for a reason, and a call to action pointed at wherever the brand actually sells, which for an e-commerce brand is often a marketplace and not its own site. Dates that matter to this brand in this country, in place of a generic seasonal calendar.

The shopfront is fixed before the first post

Bios, highlights, the link in bio, channel descriptions, profile and cover images, and the removal of anything still sitting on the grid that contradicts the new strategy. Accounts get opened where the brand is not yet present. New content landing on an old shopfront performs worse and looks accidental.

There is a fast lane, because there has to be

Story and post designs at short notice for a discount, a restock or an announcement, plus a quick call when a platform changes something underneath everybody. A monthly rhythm that cannot absorb a Tuesday is not a rhythm, it is a schedule.

One brand's social accounts run on this system today, and the method underneath it is the one this studio has been running on channels for years.

New on social, old on the method, and honest about which is which.

What changes for you

A feed that behaves like a channel: a shape people recognise, a reason for every post to exist, and a monthly conversation about what the numbers meant, which is not the same as a document proving that work happened.

The audit reads the feed as a system: formats, cadence and how much of each filming day the channel actually uses. What we would change comes back in writing.

A quick fit check

Request your free audit.

Three fields, and a written reading back: a fit snapshot, two or three prioritised opportunities, and a recommended next step.

A bare domain, a full URL or a channel link.
Received. We reply in writing, usually within three working days.
That did not send. Try once more, or write to us instead.

A person reads the channel and writes the audit by hand: a considered read typically takes three working days. That is the usual shape, not a promised turnaround. We use these details only to reply to you: no lists, no lurking.

What you will get

A fit snapshot: where your channel stands, and whether we are a match.

Two to three opportunities: specific, prioritised, yours to keep.

A recommended next step, even if that step is not us.

The audit is free and commits you to nothing: nobody follows up with a call you did not ask for.

The casework shows all of this done.

The case studies are the same work with the numbers, the sources and the dates attached.
