Ad creative

An ad is judged on the job the campaign hired it for, usually a sale or a qualified click rather than a view. Telling that apart from a merely watchable video is rarely what an editing brief asks for.

Built for
ads admired but never clicked, creative your buyer cannot test, pretty edits that sell nothing and praise from everyone except checkout.
The short version

Is this for you? For a brand whose ads get admired and never clicked, where the brief never asked anyone to tell selling apart from watching. This is the creative only; the media buying stays with you or your buyer, and we build to their brief rather than around them.

What leaves your plate. The creative decisions a buyer actually needs, made upstream: one variable per variant, feed and story shipped together, the eye path settled before the cut, the product genuinely learned. It runs inside the growth system, not as a folder of files sold on its own.

What starts working. Creative your buyer can optimise from day one, briefed in the buyer's own language by a studio that has run these ads and not only cut them, so fewer assets are wasted proving what a brief could have settled.

The smallest way in. A free audit: three fields, and a written reading back, usually within about three working days. It commits you to nothing.

What to read next. The five levels to see where this fits, or the casework to see it done.

Ad creative sits inside the Partner Brand Growth System, and nowhere else. It is not sold on its own, because a variant set with nobody reading the account behind it is a folder of files.

Built to sell, and answerable to the person buying the media

Every decision belongs to the media buyer

The brief is written in a buyer's language: hook rate, click-through, awareness stage, angle, placement. That is not a vocabulary editors usually carry, and it changes what gets cut. One of the two founders runs performance marketing for e-commerce brands outside this studio, which is why these briefs read the way they do.

Feed and Story ship together, by default

Two versions every time, so the platform can place wherever it performs and the buyer can turn on both. Shipping one asset and letting it be cropped is shipping half a campaign, and the half that gets lost is usually the part with the button in it.

The eye path is worked out before the cut path

We decide where a viewer will actually be looking, then build the cut around it. Speed that arrives while somebody is still reading does not buy attention, it costs the click. There are roughly fifteen seconds to earn both, and none of them can be spent on a flourish.

We learn the product, sometimes by post

Occasionally we ask a partner to ship us the thing. How a product behaves in the hand and how its packaging opens cannot be read off a spec sheet, and for the right product an unboxing carries as much weight as a social-proof carousel. An ad that shows beats an ad that tells when the value lives in the object, its reveal or its handling; where the value is a claim or a number, saying it plainly can do more. Either way, you cannot show what you have never held.

How a set of ads gets assembled

Variants exist so the buyer has something to test

Hooks and angles derived from pain points and awareness stage, and built in sets so optimisation has real material to work with. A single version is a guess with a budget attached.

Statics and carousels follow the same rule

The image shows and the copy does not tell. Social proof is arranged as a sequence somebody will actually swipe, which means the second card has to earn the third.

Awareness stage decides the whole shape

An unaware audience needs a different opening from one that has already compared you against two competitors. The same product, the same footage, and a different first three seconds for each.

A video ad is not paid to be watched; it is paid to do the campaign's job, most often a click or a sale rather than a view.

It is judged against that job, whether the job sits at the checkout or a stage before it.

What changes for you

Creative your media buyer can actually optimise: variants that isolate one variable, both placements ready on day one, and a hook that survives contact with a feed. Fewer assets wasted proving something a brief could have settled.

Send what is running and we will read it as an ad account, not a showreel: angles, variants and where spend is leaking. The reading comes back in writing.

A quick fit check

Request your free audit.

Three fields, and a written reading back: a fit snapshot, two or three prioritised opportunities, and a recommended next step.

A bare domain, a full URL or a channel link.
Received. We reply in writing, usually within three working days.
That did not send. Try once more, or write to us instead.

A person reads the channel and writes the audit by hand: a considered read typically takes three working days. That is the usual shape, not a promised turnaround. We use these details only to reply to you: no lists, no lurking.

What you will get

A fit snapshot: where your channel stands, and whether we are a match.

Two to three opportunities: specific, prioritised, yours to keep.

A recommended next step, even if that step is not us.

The audit is free and commits you to nothing: nobody follows up with a call you did not ask for.

The casework shows all of this done.

The case studies are the same work with the numbers, the sources and the dates attached.
